highlighted: what is running right now

We’re twenty years old, and we don’t have much of a business track record yet — we know that about ourselves. So we don’t pretend we can do everything; we bet on what we’re good at and hand the rest to whoever does it better than we would.

What we’re good at is one thing — artificial intelligence: what it can be trusted with, where it’s strong, where it lies, and how to make it carry a piece of work through to the end. We’re not good at the rest — not at advertising, not at accounting, not at content. We decided that’s fine. Today it pays more to be the best at one thing and let AI cover everything else — and that’s exactly what we built the second brain around.

It’s the company’s control brain: it holds the plan, the projects and the money. In every department, instead of an employee, there’s an AI specialist.

What it does for us

Decisions and the product itself are on us. It covers what a team of three simply doesn’t have.

The company has more directions than people. Wherever there’s no employee at all — accounting, legal, analytics — an AI specialist runs that direction. We don’t hire a person for an hour of work a week, and we don’t leave those spots empty either.

It helps us plan: it holds the whole picture — what we’re doing this week, where the projects stand, what matters most right now. Where to go is still our call; it just keeps things from sprawling and brings back what we set aside and forgot.

And it runs the content: formats, scripts, copy for our platforms — from idea to finished piece. We say what and why, and sign off on the work.

What an AI specialist inside a department actually is — on its own page.
