What it is
An AI specialist is an employee responsible for one area, and it closes its tasks all the way. It doesn't suggest what to do or explain how to pay for an order: it works out the delivery, issues the invoice, checks the payment and logs the order. On its own, with no person in the middle.
It carries a task from start to finish and doesn't hand it back to you halfway: no draft to approve, no waiting for the next step, no asking what to do now. You hear about the work once it's done.
How it's built

- Doesn't make things upif the answer isn't in what it's been given, it doesn't invent one — it hands the conversation to a person, with the whole exchange attached
- Doesn't decide for youprices, discounts, terms and rules are yours to set. It works within them and only changes them on your word
