Who we built for

The interview isn’t run by a person

Hello. Where have you worked over the past year?
Bartender, year and a half, a coffee place on Nikolskaya
What did you do at the rush, with a queue waiting?
Closed out the ones who’d already ordered, then started taking new ones
Got it. Which shifts suit you — days or evenings?
the interview is run by a specialist

A sample conversation.

Client

Stories Lounge is the same venue we built the shift specialist for. People on the floor, at the bar and in the kitchen change over, and new hires are a constant need.

Problem

Hiring works like this: a stream of applications comes in, and almost every one has to be pushed through by hand — write back, ask about experience, ask about shifts, work out whether the person will even show up. The owner spent evenings on it, and reached the actual conversation with a candidate already worn out.

Specialist

We handed the first conversation to an AI specialist. It talks to the candidate itself: asks about experience, about situations on the job, about which shifts work for them — and brings the owner a result, not a stack of applications. Everyone gets the same questions, so afterwards there’s something to compare people by.

A person steps in not at the start, but where they’re needed. The first conversation is the same for everyone, and that can be handed over. The decision about a person can’t be — and it stays with the owner.

How this could help you

If you’re hiring people yourself, the evening doesn’t go on choosing — it goes on writing back to people who’ll never make it to the choice. The specialist takes on exactly that part: asks everyone the same questions and brings back a short result on each. You read what’s already been sorted through, and talk only to the ones worth talking to. Who gets hired is your call, and only yours.
